Sometimes I just wanna sketch grumpy, scruffy, grimy Hit Wizards throwing shade.
2. Show your pencil case and what’s inside
I don’t have a pencil case anymore (it got stolen along with my last sketchbook a while back), so lately I’ve just been throwing all my supplies in one of the pockets of whatever bag I’m carrying around haha. Also, I felt like drawing them as a warm-up exercise. Hope that’s ok @n@;
Pencils: a 0.9mm Draft/Matic pencil with HB lead, a Faber Castell PITT graphic pencil, also HB (I love me some HB), and a regular ol’ #2 0.7mm BIC mechanical pencil.
Erasers: Kneaded and Pink Pearl square eraser.
Pens: my darling Pentel Pocket brush pen, a rather neglected 02 Sakura Micron pen, and a poor, abused Sharpie fine point.
Markers: A handful of Tombow markers (random colors because I got a grab-bag of them as a gift), and a solitary warm grey Prismacolor marker. I have more of each kind elsewhere, I just always end up grabbing the most random color combinations to throw into my bag because I don’t actually think about what I need before I run off somewhere hahaha I’m a terrible adult.
Combined 6 and 11, since I got multiple requests for that one
11: Draw myself in what I’m wearing now.
6: Draw the same picture with my non-dominant hand.
ohgod this looks so bad
I can’t do anything with my left hand, much less draw. @n@;
Another “three expressions of tour OC” challenge, this time with Ophelia and their high ponytail and wing-tip makeup. I haven’t drawn them much, so I’m still learning how their face works. #art #sketches #characterdesign
My grumpy little Holyhead Harpy, Gert, in the outfit I wore today. #sketches #characterdesign #art #moleskine
Another OC meme request. This time, it’s 9 - Jacks in three different expressions. These are out of order, but ohhweeell. #sketches #characterdesign
Quick colored sketch before bed, this time of some personal characters. The cutie with the booty (shorts) is my character, Esme, crowning her lovely champion lady love, Christy (snark-peddler's character).
Whomp working on some projects, but until I can share those, I’ll just post sketches. Working on finishing this Joan Watson/Moriarty drawing and practicing forced perspective while I’m at it. I know there are like 100 things wrong with it, but that’s why it’s practice.
Also, I’m so bad at keeping up with dailies, so I’m counting this as a daily scene. I write my own rules. >8O
