I’ve been trying to draw Eren like all day, and the most I could get was this shitty little angry chibi.
I think it summarizes my feelings pretty aptly, actually, in that I don’t even know. I. Don’t. Even.
Monochromatic sketchy sketch of Will Graham cuz Hugh Dancy’s face is too adorable not to use as a sketch study. Might clean this up later to make into a print. Until then, enjoy a boring portrait composition I guess.
Watching Stargate SG-1 and doodling Attack on Titan characters makes sense right? Anyway, doodles of Sasha are likely to happen the most because she’s my absolute favorite, so naturally I’m prepared for the worst.
Chine-collé etching with softground. All done on one copper etching plate, colors applied a la poupee.
The paper I used for the chine-collé had a really nice texture, but it looks a bit odd in scans.
I doodled some goober cutie Jaeger pilots for a Pacific Rim AU/RP.
shhh hush don’t judge me I do what I want get out
Rewatched Lilo and Stitch last night and doodle the little blue bugger at work. He’s kind of my most favorite Disney thing ever
Preview of the second piece following THIS illustration. Still lots of work to be done on this one, but I’m really happy with this technique finally~
Watercolor and carbon on Reeves BFK gray printmaking paper. This was originally going to have gold metallic paint detailing parts of the triangles, but I couldn’t find the paint. Must be a sign that I should stop trying to make things as shiny as possible. Or that I should go to bed instead of spending my entire day/night on one illustration.
Finally scanned in one of my etchings from last semester. Not the best scan cuz my scanner is actually too small for this, so I had to crop off the real paper borders and Photoshop those suckers in.
