Birthday gift for the wonderful Marie - an illustration of her wonderfully sunny and wonderfully French OC, Simone Rousseau. This came out a lot more kawaii desu magical girl than I anticipated, but well I mean Simone is super kawaii anyway so it fits.

Continuing my line of quick character portraits, this time with Teddy, who is going to be the little engineering prodigy of my group of space-peeps. Referenced a picture of Sen Mitsuji vaguely, though I tried to make Teddy look younger since I want him to be like 17 still.

Another character portrait quickie, this time of my girl Niral, soon-to-be space ship captain. Referenced Amara Karan for the portrait practice, also because Amara Karan is adorable and a wonderful actress that ought to be in all the things ever.
Haven’t been posting much art lately (my bad, y’all) so I thought I’d try and break my slump with a quick portrait sketch. Loosely referencing a pic of Kerry Washington cuz she’s stunning, and also because this may be a character I have webcomic plans for soon. And by “may” I mean it is.
Sketched up some quick rough thumbnails for bigger painting/illustration ideas I want to do for my thesis. Pretend that green/yellow in the triangles is metal-leaf, ok, shh use your beautiful imaginations to make these not look stupid.
But yeah. I have plans. Hopefully.
