Franq-art and wichi-lea did such lovely adventure time lades lately that I wanted to join in. Two sketch requests left and then I’m done!
Finally drew a Princess Bubblegum to go with my other two Adventure Time drawings. Idk wtf her outfit is doing, I just wanted to give her poofy things. Poofy hair, poofy sleeves, poofy pantaloons - all the poof.
I’m in an art mood tonight apparently. Tried another short/quicky comic, playing around with panel composition and minimal dialogue again. Not sure this one is as successful as the last one, but that’s what practice is for.
Arms are for losers.
Also, I might revisit this in acrylic and gouache or something later. maybe give her arms or something w/e

Playing around with silent comics to see how much narrative I can get across without dialogue and with as few panels as possible. I’m not sure I’m completely sold on how I did the panel boarders, but it was worth experimenting with. I used one of my RP characters as a guinea-pig and listened to the soundtrack for Wolf Children: Ame and Yuki on repeat, so I hope the mood transfers correctly in these two pages.
